STARBASE CT Virtual Summer Camp is open to all those interested in expanding their horizons through STEM activities. The virtual camp will be done at your student's and your convenience. Sign up below and you will receive an email (usually within one business day) of your student's enrollment. The camp will be open to students from July 13-31. During that time, your student will have access to our Google Classroom. Once in the space, students can then look through and pick from a variety of topics to do a wide range of activities. Each activity is designed to raise awareness and interest in the larger module topic. Once a student completes 80% of a module it is considered finished and virtual badge will be sent to the student via email. IF 100% of a module is completed, then a special badge will issued. Students can complete as much or as little as they see fit in a module and move from one to the next without completing a module. The students will have access to the Google Classroom from July 13-31 to complete and earn as many badges as much as they can. Access to the Google Classroom will terminate at the end of the day, July 31. There is no charge associated with this camp. It is designed to take students who attended/would have attended the regular STARBASE during the past academic year. The ages intended to be a part of this virtual summer camp is ages 10-13.
